Booking conditions for caravans
Levilehto Apartments adheres to the following conditions when ordering, reserving and canceling ordered services for short-term places in mobile homes:
Booking and payment
After making a reservation, the customer receives invoices with payment information for both advance and final payment. The reservation is confirmed when the customer has paid the advance payment (30% of the total price) by the due date. Levilehto Apartments reserves the right to cancel the reservation if the payment has not been made by the due date. A booking with four (4) weeks or less to start will be invoiced in one invoice.
The service fee is €8 for reservations made directly through Levilehto Apartments (phone or email) and €0 for internet reservations.
Cancellation of reservation
If the customer cancels his reservation:
* 14 days or earlier before the start of the rental period, there is a cancellation fee of €14.50/seat + service fee of €8.00.
* cancellation later than 14 days before the start of the rental period does not entitle you to any payment refund.
The cancellation is considered to have taken place at the moment when information about the cancellation has been received in writing to Levilehto Apartments. In the event of a sudden illness, accident or death in the family, the customer must ensure that their own travel and accident insurance covers the costs of the reservation, if the event leads to the wish to cancel the reservation. The host also complies with the above reservation conditions in these cases! We recommend travel insurance to our customers for possible exceptional situations and unexpected cases.
International travel restrictions caused by the COVID-19 epidemic
The customer does not have the right to cancel his reservation, deviating from the reservation and cancellation conditions, on the basis that the customer who made the reservation or the people staying at the place based on the reservation cannot arrive at the accommodation at the time of the reservation because the country of origin of the customer or the guests or Finland, as the country where the accommodation is located, have imposed travel restrictions due to the COVID-19 corona epidemic . The travel restrictions do not constitute a Force Majeure situation, because the international travel restrictions imposed during the COVID-19 epidemic are not unpredictable. In this situation, the normal booking and cancellation conditions apply to the customer's cancellation and non-arrival.
Changing the reservation
If the customer wants to change the date of accommodation, a transfer fee of €20 will be charged. Changes to the reservation must be made no later than 14 days before the start of the reservation.
Keys
Levilehto Apartments has the right to charge a compensation of €100 for the loss of a key, key ring or key ring number tag.
Levilehto Apartments has the right to charge compensation if we have to open the door due to a key left inside when the reception is closed. Our reception is open from 12:00 to 20:00 daily. Please contact us on the same day before 20:00 at the latest, if you arrive when the reception is already closed.
Staying at a resort
The caravan/car space is available to the customer from 16:00 on the day of arrival until 16:00 on the day of departure. The seat holder is not entitled to further rent out his carriage in the Levilehto area. Front tent is not allowed. The sauna facilities and the maintenance building are constantly in use with the customer's own key. No stranger should be allowed into the maintenance building with a key. The saunas are warm every day. The customer is obliged to observe cleanliness both in the yard areas and in the premises of the maintenance building.
Open fire in the area is strictly prohibited. Silence in the area of Levilehto Apartments is from 23:07 to 07:00.
If Levilehto's staff considers that the rules and reservation conditions have not been followed, Levilehto is entitled to cancel the place agreement. If the reasons leading to the cancellation of the contract are clearly due to indifference or intent, Levilehto Apartments can cancel the contract immediately and the customer is not entitled to any refund of the rent.
Charging electric and hybrid cars
Outdoor plugs in our area are only intended for heating the car engine, not for charging electric/hybrid cars. The fuses cannot withstand the load caused by charging, and charging can cause a fire hazard.
Damages
If the customer causes damage at the resort, he must immediately notify the staff. If any device or equipment in the maintenance building breaks down due to normal wear and tear, Levilehto's staff must be notified immediately and they must have a repairman on site as soon as possible. No normal wear and tear of equipment, other equipment, or power outages will lead to Levilehto's liability for compensation, but the situation must be rectified as soon as possible.
Disruption or termination of the lease due to a dangerous situation
If the tenant, despite the notice given by the staff, does not stop causing disturbance or danger to those in the same or neighboring carriages, Levilehto Apartments is entitled to terminate the tenancy immediately. The costs incurred from all the above measures will be invoiced to the booker. The rental money for the vacation rental is not refundable
Number of people
The caravan/car may not be used by more people than what is indicated. It is prohibited to use an additional tent, mobile home and trailer on the resort property without a permit. Bringing pets to the accommodation must be reported when making the reservation or at the latest before paying the reservation fee. Pet waste must be collected from the yard environment.
Complaints
If the holiday destination does not meet the expectations that the customer had when making the reservation, he must immediately report this. All comments and complaints related to the equipment and condition of the holiday destination must be addressed to the staff immediately after their topic appears. If the customer has not been contacted about possible problems during his vacation, he loses the right to possible refunds. When it comes to equipment, the natural wear and tear of the equipment must be taken into account and that the equipment may naturally break in this way. In this case, the staff must, as far as possible, quickly correct the problems. In such cases, e.g. weekend, time of day or holiday may delay the repair. Levilehto Apartments is not obliged to compensate the customer for possible inconvenience or expenses caused by natural conditions, unexpected weather changes, construction work on neighboring plots or problems caused by a third party (e.g. interruptions in the water, electricity or TV network). An additional service for the customer is a free Internet connection. We try to fix possible disturbances in the connections as soon as possible. We do not grant refunds for the price of the place based on possible disruptions/non-functioning of the Internet connection.
Rights regarding price changes are reserved.
Value added tax is valid according to legislation.
